The structure of an 8-inch submersible pump

The structure of an 8-inch submersible pump mainly includes the following parts:

Pump housing: It is usually made of stainless steel with high strength and corrosion resistance. Its internal design adopts a streamlined structure, which can reduce the resistance of water flow and improve the transmission efficiency of the pump. The pump housing also plays an important role in supporting the impeller and bearings during the start-up and operation of the pump.

Impeller: The impeller is one of the core components of the submersible pump. It is made of stainless steel and is designed as a multi-blade structure. The streamlined blades can quickly convert water flow into kinetic energy, thereby increasing the flow rate and head of the pump. The material and manufacturing process of the impeller directly affect the life and efficiency of the pump.

Guide vane ring: Located at the rear end of the impeller, its main function is to guide and concentrate the water flow entering the impeller. The multi-blade guide vane ring helps to better guide the water flow and resist blocking, thereby improving the stability and life of the pump.

Bearing: The bearings of submersible pumps usually adopt deep groove ball bearings with stable performance, which have high load-bearing capacity and overload resistance, can effectively support the weight of the impeller and motor rotor, and make the water pump run more smoothly.

Motor: The motor of the submersible pump adopts a new overall design, which has the advantages of installation, commissioning and maintenance, and improves the heat dissipation and sealing performance, with high efficiency and performance stability.

Other components: including pump cover, pump body, pump shaft, sleeve and bearing body, etc. The pump cover is connected to the pump body and the water inlet pipe, and there should be an appropriate gap between the pump cover plane and the impeller plane to prevent friction and improve the efficiency of the pump. The sleeve is used to protect the pump shaft and can be replaced in time after wear. The screw hole at the upper end of the pump body is used to add water or connect the vacuum pump to extract air and water.
