Installations of Encapsulated Electric Motors:

1. Ensure that the voltage displayed on the power supply and motor nameplate is consistent, and ensure that the motor terminal voltage is the nameplate voltage.
Power supply: single-phase 220V ± 10% -50Hz; Three phase 220/380V ± 10% -50Hz, 230/400V ± 10% -50Hz

2. Ensure that the solid content in the water source is ≤ 0.01%, the maximum particle diameter is ≤ 0.2mm, and the pH range of the water source is 6.5-8.0

3. Ensure that the input power of the motor is equal to or slightly greater than the power indicated on the pump nameplate.

4. Installation method of plug-in motor:
4-1. Insert the sleeve component and pressure plate into the plug head, with the grounding surface of the sleeve component and the flat cable having a text surface on the same side as the outer circle of the motor. The sleeve component includes: grounding plate, pressure plate screw, pressure plate, and plug-in head;
4-2. Insert the cable assembly into the plug hole on the upper end cover of the motor, and use a cross screwdriver to "alternate" the two pressure plate screws to lock them, ensuring that the pressure plate is parallel and presses the sleeve assembly in place to prevent water leakage.
